This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, store, use and distribute information when you use the Website to: (i) browse music by artist/song, (ii) sample tracks; (iii) watch music videos; (iii) view aggregated data from a variety of sources on the artist/song you searched for from one location; (iii) get notified of news, gigs and other information about musicians; and/or (iii) access any other features we make available through the Website from time to time (the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy may be updated by us from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by making the new Privacy Policy available on the homepage of the Website or via our Services. What Personal Information does MyMusic Collect?

During the course of your use of the Website and Services, we may request certain Personal Information to enhance your use of the Website and Services. “Personal Information” is any information which identifies an individual. For example, your name, email address and other contact information are Personal Information and will be required if you want to create a profile on the site and/or use our chat forum to discuss artists, songs and music generally. This information will also be used to customize your user experience, provide you with customer support, send you communications such as special offers, promotions, and email updates based on your previous searches. If you send us feedback we will also collect your name and email address in order to respond to you.

Customized Features

If you login to MyMusic through your Facebook account, Twitter account or give us access to your iTunes account, we can use your music preferences from these sources to take some of the guesswork out of your searches on MyMusic. In other words, we can use your preferences to prioritize content and how it is displayed to you on the Website and also suggest music and musicians that you might like based on who you already rate.

Our website uses cookies for a variety of purposes including site personalization.
